Case Management
SYM works individually with young people to determine specific needs and develop goals and plans aimed toward greater stability. As young people take the very difficult steps toward independence, our staff provides accountability and encouragement. Additionally SYM actively networks with local youth services and community partners to meet the complex and varied needs of young people and provide comprehensive care. SYM also advocates for young people in circumstances where they need counsel or support, such as with employers or legal authorities.
Case Managers are available by appointment, while Drop-in is open, or during office hours.
